Domestic shipping rates within New Zealand will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via emai from our appointed courier company.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Missing Products Claims:
To ensure accuracy, all orders are carefully inspected, scanned, and documented with photos before leaving our warehouse. If you believe an item is missing from your package, please inspect the courier bag and packaging integrity upon arrival. Claims for missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package, shipping label, and its contents.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on press-on nails, lashes and accessories unless they are faulty or incorrect on arrival.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
– If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Email info@nexpressio.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
– We will review the issue and offer either a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only issued in rare cases at our discretion.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
No refund on Gift Card:
Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Timeframe for Claims:
No replacements, store credit, or claims will be processed after 7 days from the date of order arrival.
